Maximum 6 guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight
Day visitors are welcome with host approval

Noise & Neighbors

Quiet hours 10 PM – 9 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors in shared spaces
No amplified outdoor music after 9 PM

Smoking

No smoking of any kind inside the home
Smoking permitted in the backyard — please use the ashtray provided and dispose of butts responsibly

Pets

Pets not permitted without prior approval
Message host before booking if you plan to bring a pet

Parking

One off-street parking space included in the driveway
Street parking available along the block

The Backyard

Hot tub is available 24/7 — please shower before use
Gas firepit: turn the knob, use the igniter; turn off fully when done
Grill: charcoal and lighter provided — please clean the grate after use

General

Please treat the home as you would your own
Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
Lock all doors and windows when leaving
Trash and recycling collection is Tuesday morning — bins are in the side yard
